Where does a sketchbook practice go?

I use my sketchbook as a place to observe, but also as a place to play, learn, and experiment. I love the freedom a sketchbook allows - no end product, just process process process.

But, I sometimes wonder what happens to ideas after the sketchbook. I dream of making wall art, books, and sculptures. Here are a few experiments from taking my line drawings into a new medium.
